The International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Shandong Agricultural University was established in 1996. It is the school’s specialized agency responsible for foreign affairs. Its main tasks are: give full play to the role of functional departments, build a platform for Shandong Agricultural University’s international cooperation and foreign exchanges, and set the overall development goals of the school service. In foreign cooperation and exchanges, adhere to the principle of taking college as the main body and project as the link, giving full play to the three enthusiasm of schools, colleges and professors, using intelligence and cooperation in running schools as means to absorb overseas advanced school running concepts and excellent education Resources are the goal, and efforts should be made to create new ways and new models for international cooperation and exchanges under new circumstances. 

The Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of Shandong Agricultural University was established in 2011 and is mainly responsible for the school's various affairs in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
