Recently, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office jointly issued the Approval on the Identification of Candidate Units as Research Centers of Exchanges and Cooperation between Shandong Province and Specific Countries or Regions.Research Center of Exchanges and Cooperation between Shandong Province and Central and Eastern European Countries declared by SDAU was approved.

In order to serve the opening up of education in our province and improve the scientific decision-making level and policy accuracy of international exchanges and cooperation in education, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office decided to set up several research centers of exchanges and cooperation between Shandong Province and specific countries or regions. In November, 2020, cities and universities across the province were solicited for declaration willingness.

SDAU will seize this opportunity to follow and grasp the latest developments and trends in education-related fields in Central and Eastern European countries, host bilateral or multilateral educational exchanges and dialogues between our province and Central and Eastern European countries, put forth advice and suggestions on educational exchanges and cooperation between our province and Central and Eastern European countries and contribute more to the acceleration and expansion of educational opening-up of our province in the new era.
