Recently, SDAU and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (AUTH)held an online meeting to discuss the cooperation between the two sides. The Vice President Prof. Xiangdong Li from SDAU and the Vice President Prof. Corvaios from AUTH attended the meeting. 

They  reviewed the early exchanges between the two sides, and introduced the two universities in terms of geographical location, history, discipline construction, scientific research achievements and international exchanges in detail. The two sides exchanged opinions about professional setting, course docking, faculty allocation and degree awarding in the cooperation of running schools in some common advantageous majors of agricultural sciences.They also discussed ways and methods of cooperation in short-term research, joint master and PhD training and scientific research cooperation.    

AUTH was founded in 1925 and is the largest comprehensive university in Greece. It is located in Thessaloniki and one of the first three Greek universities admitted into the European University Union in 2019. Agricultural sciences are its traditional advantageous majors.
