SDAU holds the Graduation Ceremony for Sino-British Cooperative Education Programs

On June 12, the graduation ceremony for the Sino-British cooperation programs between Shandong Agricultural University (SDAU) and the Royal Agricultural University was held at SDAU. 

Leng Changjian, the president of SDAU, extended congratulations to the graduating class of 2025, welcomed the delegation led by Professor Peter McCaffery, president of the Royal Agricultural University, and expressed his respect to teachers, parents, and relatives. He pointed out that over the past four years, the students had been companions and witnesses to the university's development, leaving indelible marks of their youth. He hopes that the students would aim high and create waves of youth in the great journey of agricultural and rural modernization; have a global perspective and contribute to international cooperation; and pursue diligent study and practical action to write brilliant chapters in the new era.

Peter McCaffery congratulated the graduates, thanked both sides for their cooperation, looked forward to continuing to cultivate outstanding talents in the future, and encouraged the students to harbor dreams and be pioneers.

Chen Zijun, a graduate representative from the Land Resource Management program, and Feng Wenqian, a current student representative from the Food Quality and Safety program, delivered speeches respectively.

At the meeting, the officer in charge of the Finance Department of SDAU announced the list of outstanding graduate scholarship recipients for the Sino-British cooperation programs. The guests on the podium presented awards to the outstanding graduates, conferred degrees, and issued certificates and academic transcripts to the graduates.
